Conservative treatment to stop or reverse nerve damage

Did you know peripheral neuropathy is the most challenging foot condition we treat?

Neuropathy simply means nerve damage. The most common symptoms of it are burning, tingling, numbness, pins and needles, balled up sock feeling and/or shooting pains in the feet. The common causes are diabetes, statin (cholesterol) medication, chemotherapy, nutrient deficiencies and heavy metal toxicity.

Medically they only have drugs to mask the symptoms but nothing to slow down, halt or reverse any of the nerve damage.

Thankfully there are non-drug and non-surgical treatments that can do this, and we offer several of them. Class IV deep tissue robotic laser therapy, electroanalgesia, vibration therapy, targeted supplementation, spinal decompression therapy and custom orthotics when all put together in a program can make a significant improvement in most cases of peripheral neuropathy. We typically see about 80% of our patients be able to achieve a 50% or more reduction of their neuropathy symptoms.

If you have neuropathy and have been told there is nothing you can do but take a pill, you have been misled.

Research-backed conservative care options are available and work a high percentage of the time. Give us a call to learn more or schedule an exam consultation.
