- Room promo: Template is saved in the Shared Drive > Kiki Misc > Projects > Orthotics Sale Template. Change to reflect the appropriate monthly sale information. Print, laminate and put two at checkout side of front desk, two for front desk staff workstations, rooms 1, 2 and 3, and a copy for the back staff workstation. These can be printed and laminated in advance and be ready to put in the rooms on the 1st of each month.
- Website: Log in to redrockchiro.com/wp-admin. On the left side menu, click on Posts > Add New Post. Add a post title. You can choose to Use Standard Editor for this. Type the sale information in the text body. After the wording is ready, click outside the content block to bring up the right side menu. At the bottom right, click on the gray Set featured image box. You can use an existing image from the media library or upload a new one. Once you click on an image to select it, you need to make sure something is typed in the Alt Text, Title and Description sections for website accessibility purposes. Click Set featured image. Back in the right side menu, where it says publish change from Immediately to the date in the future you would like it to post. Click the blue Schedule button at the top right of the screen. Confirm that your posting settings are how you would like them to be then click Schedule. When you are back in the list of posts, scroll down to find the post and click on Quick Edit. You will need to add a Title tag and Meta description (look at previous orthotics sale posts for ideas of what to put here).
