Dr. Kyle is a certified medical examiner (CME) for Department of Transportation (DOT) health card examinations. The cost of these exams is $100 each.

We also offer DOT-approved alcohol and drug screening. These tests are $20 each.

We offer Minnesota State High School League sports physicals for $40. Click here to print and complete the appropriate form.
