Advanced Adjustment Techniques for Optimal Health at Red Rock Chiropractic Center

At Red Rock Chiropractic Center, we understand that each patient’s condition is unique. Therefore, our approach to pain relief and wellness is tailored to meet individual needs. We utilize a range of proven adjustment and manipulation techniques, including Diversified, Cox Flexion Distraction, Motion Palpation, Graston, mechanical device, arthro-stim, and the Webster techniques.

Adjustment Techniques

Diversified Technique

The Diversified Technique is the most commonly used and highly effective chiropractic treatment. It involves hands-on manipulation and adjustment of the spinal column. This technique is applied quickly, often resulting in a popping sound as the spine and joints are adjusted.

Benefits of Diversified Technique:

  • Quickly and easily adjusts the entire spine
  • Proven effective for neck pain, back pain, and headaches
  • Effectively manages pain and increases spinal joint range of motion

Cox Technique

The Cox Technique is a non-surgical, doctor-controlled, hands-on spinal manipulation performed with the patient lying on a special table known as the Cox table. This technique uses flexion-distraction to relieve spinal pain and improve quality of life.

Benefits of Cox Technique:

  • Drops intradiscal pressure
  • Widens the spinal canal
  • Reduces pressure on spinal nerves
  • Restores motion to spinal joints

The Cox Technique is particularly suitable for conditions causing low back and leg pain, as well as neck and arm pain. It's also beneficial for patients suffering from disc herniation, slipped disc, ruptured disc, facet syndrome, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, and other conditions.

Motion Palpation

During Motion Palpation, Dr. Kyle examines each complex spinal joint to analyze its motion. This technique requires a profound understanding of a spinal joint's normal motion to identify any lack of proper motion effectively.

Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a unique method used to treat pregnant women. It involves releasing tension in the pelvis and sacrum, allowing the fetus to turn into the appropriate birthing position. This technique is reported to have successfully turned a fetus from breech position to vertex position after five visits, reducing the need for cesarean sections.
