- Check ReviewWave periodically throughout the day for New Patient Paperwork submissions
- Print New Patient Paperwork: Log in, click on Forms, Show Forms on the top of the page. Click on the Clipboard & Number in the line of the New Patient Form. Click on the clip board in the row of the new patient to View PDF. Click on the print icon on the top right corner of the page. Click More Settings on the Print pop-up, Change Pages per sheet to 2, check the “Print on both sides” box. Print.
- Heath History: Complete Health History under a fictitious patient’s note (Bubba Smith, Bob Cat, etc.)
- Open note. Click on New Patient (adult, Ages 5-7, or Ages 0-4), Click on appropriate New Patient Health History, then Medication List, then New Patient Health History, then Review of Systems; select appropriate answer following along with the New Patient Paperwork.
- Copy Note and Paste it in New Patient History and Health Subjective Google Doc. Type patient’s name and date/time of patient’s new patient visit at the top of the patient’s health history.
- Delete or close without saving the health history in fictitious patient’s note.
- Health history can be copied from Google Doc and pasted into patient’s note after patient visit.
- Use the new patient paperwork to update patient’s demographics in ChiroTouch Front Desk App: Click on Patient Management in the lower right corner. Search patient’s name. Click on name, click on PATIENT INFORMATION in the lower left corner. Enter or confirm accuracy of Address, email, phone number, Birth Date, Sex, Status, Referred by, Employment Information, PCP, and enter Emergency contact info in the Notes tab.
