- The number for the therapies is found on the Patient Statistics 2000-2030 Excel spreadsheet.
- Put the appropriate number on the Comparative Stats spreadsheet. *The number for the previous month is on the row of the current month.
- To find the “Collections – use CT report – DEPOSIT amount (not Total payments)”
a. Run End of the Day Transaction Activity Report for the month selecting Show: Payments Only.
b. Go to the last page of the report.
c. Enter the Deposit amount on the Comparative Stats spreadsheet.
5. To find the Services – use CT report – Total Charges
a. Run End of Day Transaction Activity Report for the month selecting Show: Charges Only.
b. Go to the last page of the report.
c. Enter the Total Charges amount on the Comparative Stats spreadsheet.
