Specific topics will include artificial sweeteners, processed meats, MSG, canned food and drinks, detoxification, microwaving, fried foods, and hydrogenated fats. We will also discuss gallbladder issues, good verses bad fats, refined carbs, preservatives; hormones, steroids and antibiotics in meat; fish, dairy, coffee, liquor, soda, tea, soy, chlorine, and fluoride.

At Dr. Kyle’s presentation, you will learn a common sense nutrition strategy to improve your health in the New Year. He will show you an approach that works on getting you healthy again and how to correctly identify what nutritional supplements you should be taking to attain optimum health.

The talk should last about an hour and all are welcome to attend.
