Chill Out: Stress & Its Impact On Our Lives

Feeling stressed this holiday season?

Dr. Kyle will present “Chill Out: Stress & Its Impact On Our Lives” Monday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. at the Lamberton Community Center.

There is no cost to attend and refreshments will be served.

Stress seems to impact all of our lives, especially throughout the busy holiday season. Those who attend will explore the reasons stress is so much more prevalent in our modern world.

Dr. Kyle will focus on the three sources of stress: physical, spiritual and emotional. He will discuss foods that cause extra stress in our bodies and ways to avoid them, as well as share foods that can actually help minimize the impact of stress.

At Dr. Kyle’s presentation, you will learn a common sense nutrition strategy to improve your health and keep your daily stress levels in check. He will show you an approach that works on getting you healthy again and how to correctly identify what nutritional supplements you should be taking to attain optimum health.

The talk should last about an hour and all are welcome to attend.
