Women’s Health: Hormones, Estrogen, Progesterone & Bio-Identical Hormones

Dr. Kyle Pankonin will speak about Women’s Health: Hormones, Estrogen, Progesterone & Bio-Identical Hormones Monday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Lamberton Community Center.

There is no cost to attend and refreshments will be served.

Those who attend will explore the history of estrogen replacement therapy, discuss factors that influence estrogen production and regulation and learn about treatment options for peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms.

Dr. Kyle will also share the 11 reasons women develop hormonal imbalances and discuss conditions associated with hormonal imbalances, including endometriosis, PMS, fibrocystic breasts, pre-menopausal syndrome, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids and breast cancer.

At Dr. Kyle’s presentation, you will learn a common sense nutrition strategy to improve your health and not only balance but optimize your hormone levels. He will show you an approach that works on getting you healthy again and how to correctly identify what nutritional supplements you should be taking to attain optimum health.

The talk should last about an hour and all are welcome to attend.
