Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Do you feel like every day is a battle to stay alert or fend off aches and pains?

Dr. Kyle will speak about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Monday, September 23, at 7 p.m. at the Lamberton Community Center. To be diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, you must have unexplained fatigue for six months or more and at least four of the following nine official symptoms:

  1. Fatigue
  2. Loss of Memory or Concentration
  3. Sore Throat
  4. Enlarged Lymph Nodes in Neck or Armpits
  5. Unexplained Muscle Pain
  6. Pain That Moves from One Joint to Another Without Swelling or Tenderness
  7. Headache of New Type, Pattern or Severity
  8. Sleep is Not Refreshing
  9. Extreme Exhaustion Lasting More than 24 Hours After Physical or Mental Exercise

At Dr. Kyle’s presentation, you will learn a common sense nutrition strategy to improve your health and reduce or eliminate symptoms. He will show you an approach that works on getting you healthy again and not just on suppressing symptoms by taking prescription medications.

We hope you can join us to learn more about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, especially if you or someone you know suffers from the symptoms listed. There is no cost, and refreshments will be served.
